At Blackout Coffee Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your roast; if you are unhappy with your order, we accept returns on gear and unopened coffee within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that coffee bags remain sealed and apparel still has original tags attached.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our roasting facility.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
